The 3 single rooms are on the 1st floor and share a guest kitchen on the same floor.

Our guest apartments for 2 to 4 people are located on the first floor. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, the bedrooms face the courtyard.
The "Little Cottage" is also located in the courtyard and impresses with its cozy atmosphere. The bathroom has a rain shower

WiFi is free of charge throughout the house and courtyard.
There is a seating area with a gas barbecue in the courtyard. The hot tub, which we are happy to heat up for our guests, provides relaxation. A table tennis table provides fun after work.
Washing machines and tumble dryers are on the floor.

The connection to the city center by streetcar line 5 is in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket and bakery are across the street and a restaurant with excellent cuisine is diagonally opposite.
