Our comfortable workers’ apartment, featuring three cozily furnished double rooms that can also be rented as single rooms, offers space for up to 6 people. The main entrance leads directly to the courtyard, which is perfect for relaxing after a long workday. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet. A laundry room, including a washing machine, is also available.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for self-catering. The spacious rooms are equipped with TVs, and Wi-Fi is available in all rooms as well as in the courtyard.

Excellent location: Various shopping opportunities and a gas station are just a two-minute walk away, offering ample parking spaces. Parking is also available right in front of the house. The motorway is only a three-minute drive away, with excellent connections to Mainz, Frankfurt, and the surrounding cities. The large courtyard offers plenty of space for barbecues – a grill is provided for your use.

We take care of weekly cleaning and provide fresh towels and bed linens, which are changed regularly.
