The above rental price includes all additional costs, electricity, gas, water and final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels cost €25.00 per person. For long-term rentals > 3 weeks, a change of bed linen and towels (€20 per person) as well as an interim cleaning (€90.00) are mandatory. Price on request
Tourist tax is charged by the municipality from April to October, these amounts are to be paid locally (2023 - €1.00 per person per day, children up to 3 to 16 years old at €0.50 per day). Fitters are exempt from the tourist tax for work stays.
Dogs are welcome (up to 2 dogs), one dog per booking €50.00, the second dog €25.00 per week or part thereof.
