We rent single to four-bed rooms in 46286 Dorsten. Perfect location in close proximity to the Marl Chemical Park, Evonik, METRO Logistics, Ruhr OEL BP, and much more. The property offers a shared terrace and barbecue facilities.
From the modern accommodation with camera-monitored and locked parking spaces (space €5/night). From there it takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the Marl Chemical Park or the Metro Logistic warehouse. 10 minutes to the A 52 in the direction of Gladbeck, Oberhausen or 15 minutes to the A43 in all directions (Düsseldorf, Essen, Bochum, etc.). The A42, A40 and A2 can also be easily reached within a few minutes. But there are also very good connections by bus. There are numerous shops, bakeries and a petrol station (24/7) with a shop within walking distance from the accommodation itself.

The bright and cozy rooms (created in April 2021) are each equipped with their own flat-screen TV and new single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. The spacious bathroom has two showers, two toilets and two sinks. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The fitted kitchen can be used including inventory and electrical appliances.

Each room offers one or two wardrobes, a desk with chairs, internet, windows, underfloor heating, new parquet floors and is newly renovated.
For €2 per night, 10 parking spaces in the backyard, which are monitored by cameras, hidden from view, illuminated and well protected!
