The two bedrooms have - 90x200 beds - wardrobes -bedside cabinets
The living room is furnished with -1 cosy couch, armchair and stool -TV with Netflix access -large dining table -spacious balcony with a wonderful view
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook your favourite dishes: - Kettle, microwave, toaster -stove with oven -fridge -kitchen utensils -crockery
For long-term stays of 1 month or more, there is an obligatory cleaning charge of €50.00 per cleaning (linen change included) every 2 weeks. The final cleaning on departure is included in the accommodation price.
THE FLAT IS A NON-SMOKING FLAT! HOWEVER, AN ASHTRAY IS AVAILABLE ON THE BALCONY!
A free outdoor car park also belongs to the flat (sufficient for vans)
