Bedrooms with privat bath each with TV, 2 beds, 4x bedsheets, cupboards, bedside table, black out curtains, table and chairs. We also equip the accommodation with washing machines.
30 accommodations for up to 2 people. PRICES: - from 16€ per day per person incl. aditional costs DEPOSIT: - 250,-€ / Person CLEANING: If the stay is less then 3 months, there is an aditional cleaning fee of 200,- €.
The deposit must be paid with the rental agreement. The rent within the first 3 working days of each month. Due to the current situation, additional costs are adjusted 1/4 annually.
