Practical location - In just 17 minutes by car you can reach the Hafencity construction site, the port of Hamburg in Harburg or Hamburg city center. The highway entrance can be reached in 4 minutes. There is a bus stop right next door. From there you can reach the Bergedorf S-Bahn station in just five minutes by bus or in ten minutes on foot. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is fully equipped. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, closets and bedside tables with plenty of storage space.
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed for one person. However, the beds can also be practically connected to create a double bed for one person in each of the three rooms.

All rooms are equipped with desks and high-speed internet.

Each bedroom has large Samsung TVs with Amazon Fire TV sticks for streaming and media libraries.

The kitchen is also fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, a coffee machine, cooking utensils, a kettle and a washing machine. Everything you need for a long-term stay.

The privacy of your employees is guaranteed. The apartment is made available exclusively to your company so that no strangers are accommodated.

The beds are freshly made on arrival. Towels are provided. By arrangement, an intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen can take place every two weeks.

A private parking lot in front of the house is expected to be set up this spring 2025.
