Welcome to our 2-room apartment in Industrial Design, located in Berlin Karow within walking distance of the "Berlin Karow" S-Bahn station. The apartment is conveniently close to the highway (about a 5-minute drive) and the train station (about a 5-minute walk), making the journey particularly easy. A parking space right in front of the house is available.

Despite its minimalist approach, the apartment offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The bathroom features a toilet, a refreshing shower, and a washer-dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher) provides everything for shared cooking evenings.
Both rooms feature high-quality box spring beds (not upholstered beds that only look like box spring beds) for a restful sleep after a demanding day of work, a dining area with 2 benches or chairs, a 50-inch 4K Smart TV, and ample space for clothing. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Located in Berlin Karow, our apartment offers a retreat away from the bustle of the city, yet still close to all major conveniences. Within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot, you can reach two Asian restaurants, a savings bank, three kebab restaurants, a Netto supermarket, a bakery, a Rewe supermarket, and a dm drugstore.

Longer bookings are preferred and receive a discount. The apartment will only be rented out completely.
