It is a fully furnished apartment (50sqm) in a renovated apartment building in Chemnitz (Lutherviertel) for max. 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms/living rooms, each with 2 beds apart and wardrobes. There is a table with chairs in each room. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a hallway, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, kitchen radio, microwave, toaster, kettle and much more. The rental price includes electricity, water, heating, WiFi, 2x flat screen TV with Internet TV, kitchen radio, washing machine, towels, bed linen and cleaning. Smoking is permitted out the window.
